PrinceTech AI Automation ("the App", "we", "us") is a personal automation tool built by an individual developer to generate and publish content to the developer's own connected Instagram account. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Who This App Is For

This App is used solely by its developer to manage and automate posting to their own Instagram Business/Creator account. It is not a public-facing product, and it is not intended for use by, or to collect data from, the general public.

2. Information We Access

Through the Meta Graph API and connected services, the App may access:

• Instagram Business/Creator account identifiers required to create and publish media
• Media (images) generated or uploaded for posting
• Post captions, hashtags, and related metadata
• Access tokens issued by Meta to authorize API requests

3. How Information Is Used

Data accessed by the App is used exclusively to:

• Generate post content (captions, hashtags, images)
• Upload media to a hosting service (Cloudinary) so it can be attached to a post
• Create and publish media containers to the connected Instagram account via the Meta Graph API
• Track which content has already been posted, to avoid duplicates

No data accessed by this App is used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the automation described above.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data used by the App is stored on infrastructure controlled by the developer (local workflow automation server and connected third-party services listed below). Access tokens are stored securely and are not shared with any party outside the services strictly required to operate the App.

5. Third-Party Services Used

The App relies on the following third-party services to function:

• Meta Graph API – to create and publish Instagram media
• Cloudinary – to host images before they are published
• Google Sheets – to store and retrieve content topics/captions

These services process data only as needed to perform the functions above, under their own respective privacy policies. We do not sell or rent any data to third parties.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the automation (e.g., to avoid re-posting the same content). To request deletion of any stored data associated with this App, contact us using the details below.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in how the App operates. The "Effective date" above will be updated whenever changes are made.
